Mary Mernagh is principal of White light Healthcare, based in Co Galway. She has provided counselling and psychotherapy services in many locations across the country, ranging from personal counselling to group facilitation and leadership.
She holds a master’s degree from NUI Galway in Family Support. She is an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy. She holds diplomas in counselling and psychotherapy, gestalt psychotherapy and advanced professional supervision. She has also trained in couple counselling, in trauma therapy and in sexual health promotion.
She began her career as a psychotherapist working with Galway Diocesan Youth Services. She has worked in primary care with the HSE in Galway and Mayo and with Clarecare services based in Ennis. She has worked with the Eden Programme which is an educational-therapeutic project aimed at suicide prevention. She has also worked with Console in the general area of family support. She has led in the Anam Cara programme in both Galway and Wicklow. This supports bereaved parents.
Prior to qualifying as a psychotherapist she worked in corporate and retail sales and marketing.
Ruairi Guckian is the founder and principal of GHR Consulting, a Human Resources consultancy established in 2019 and based in Galway.
A native of Salthill, Ruairi is a highly experienced HR professional. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from NUIG, a Master’s Degree in Corporate Strategy and People Management and Development from NUIG, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the London Metropolitan University.
With over 12 years of national and international HR management experience, his career to date has included an extended period working with Europe’s largest construction project, Crossrail, in London.
His areas of expertise include: HR Overview, HR Outsourcing, Recruitment and Retention, Performance Appraisal, HR Information Systems, Employee Benefits.

Mary Maclynn has many years of experience in cross professional supervision at organisational level. She has been engaged in the management and operation of services dealing with the wellbeing of younger people in particular.
She holds a MA in supervisory practice from Dublin City University. She has qualifications in counselling skills and theory (NUIM), Reality Therapy/Choice Theory and mediation skills. She holds a Higher Diploma in School Chaplaincy (NUIG).
She believes that the provision of a “safe and confidential space for the worker to speak their truth, discuss their experiences and proceed to manage those experiences is critical for the good health and wellbeing of the individual.”

JUSTIN CAMPBELL is a highly experienced and accredited Addiction Counsellor and Personal Coach. He specialises in the treatment of gambling, alcohol and drug addictions. He has lectured extensively in these areas, gaining his qualifications from Trinity College Dublin.
Justin has worked for many years in residential treatment centres including the Aislinn Adolescent Centre in Kilkenny where he held the role of Assessment Manager.
He has excelled in sports, particularly GAA, winning All Ireland medals with Galway. He is a former Manager of the Roscommon hurling team. He is a member of the GAA’s National Health and Wellbeing Committee since its formation and has lent his experience to player welfare for all GAA members. He has recently qualified as a clinical supervisor.
He has completed courses in personal development, in Ireland, UK and USA. One of his biggest goals is ‘’making a difference in someone’s life’’.
