How will we do this?

A five step process is envisaged but this can be flexed to meet specific requirements.

First Step: White Light Healthcare will undertake a confidential scoping exercise with management/ leaders in the organisation in order to identify objectives and issues to be addressed.

Second Step: White Light Healthcare will prepare options and action plans to respond to the organisation’s issues and objectives, these to be discussed and agreed with management/leaders.

Third Step: Implementation/action plan.

The action plan may include all or any of the following;

FINAL STEPS

Fourth Step: Confidential review and feedback with management/leaders. Has the process yielded benefits?
Does it need to be extended or modified? Any other interventions or necessary steps that may have emerged?
