First Step: White Light Healthcare will undertake a confidential scoping exercise with management/ leaders in the organisation in order to identify objectives and issues to be addressed.
Second Step: White Light Healthcare will prepare options and action plans to respond to the organisation’s issues and objectives, these to be discussed and agreed with management/leaders.
Third Step: Implementation/action plan.
The action plan may include all or any of the following;
